– 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1 teaspoon red chili powder
– 1 teaspoon garam masala
– 1 teaspoon coriander powder
– 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, chopped

– 1 cup chickpea flour (besan)
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

– Wash and dry the green chilies. Make a slit lengthwise on each chili, being careful not to cut all the way through.

– Stuff each chili with the prepared potato mixture, pressing gently to ensure it’s well packed.

– In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, a pinch of salt, and baking soda.
